Still waiting on appointment they can keep. what kind of appointment gives the customer a 20 minute notice and requires that you give them s 5 hour window? Worse yet is that they provide no phone number to contact them on day of service.

I would give zero stars but it wasn’t an option. Their prices are ridiculous for rock chip repair and you can get the repairs done nearly anywhere else that does glasswork in town for a fraction of the price. I would never use them as I believe it is bad business to charge four times the price for a simple chip repair. There are many other options in town and I would suggest using them instead.

Scheduled appointment...technician showed up early and did a great job. Absolutely no problems with the tech or service. Came to my house and was done in about 30 mins. However... The windshield itself is very cheap. Had it for about 5 months and a very small rock hit it on the highway from a passing vehicle. It put a chip and 1/2 inch crack in the windshield. Thinking it's under warranty I call safelite to have it repaired asap. Don't want it to get worse. I am told that they do not warranty the windshield itself. Only the ... read more
