Top notch customer service. The technician went out of his way to let me know every detail, and I didn't have to wait and wonder what time he would be here within that 5 hr window. The quality was great, and I would definitely do buisness here in the future. Everything was handled by them, I didn't have to deal with insurance or anything. My deductible was covered, and I couldn't be happier!
I have never had a worse experience with any company. The technician broke the frame around my windshield and my car had to be towed. I did not receive any additional information about where my car was after they towed it. I spent half an hour this morning trying to get a hold of an actual person to figure out what was going on. Could not recommend them less.
