Poor attitude from employee!
Had a tech here to replace the windshield on my truck not once but twice the tech was awesome (carlos) although by accident he cut wires to my remote start autolock and alarm system even tried to see if he could fix it, anyway this is not about him his manager john is a real piece of work says he wanted me to bring my truck into the shop so he could have someone there splice the wires back together ya uhmm that's not how that works!
