I am very happy with Safelite. Cheryl at the front desk was very very helpful and friendly when I stopped in to verify my appointment and my windshield. Nicholas was an amazing technician who explained everything he was doing and how he explained how the glass is processed during manufacturing. He was also able to save me some money during the process. Nick was just a pleasant man to work with. I would always recommend Safelite!! Thank you for a great job now I can see the road again
Poor attitude from employee!
Had a tech here to replace the windshield on my truck not once but twice the tech was awesome (carlos) although by accident he cut wires to my remote start autolock and alarm system even tried to see if he could fix it, anyway this is not about him his manager john is a real piece of work says he wanted me to bring my truck into the shop so he could have someone there splice the wires back together ya uhmm that's not how that works! That will cause more problems in the long run.. he will give every excuse in the book to not ... read more
