Had a tech here to replace the windshield on my truck not once but twice the tech was awesome (carlos) although by accident he cut wires to my remote start autolock and alarm system even tried to see if he could fix it, anyway this is not about him his manager john is a real piece of work says he wanted me to bring my truck into the shop so he could have someone there splice the wires back together ya uhmm that's not how that works! Mobile technician had a good personality but he left some silicone on the paint we had to try to get off. I found out during the 1st rain after having the windshield replaced that there was NO “rain defense” applied. It acted like it had nothing on it, no beading or anything, the car wash does better. Supposedly it lasts up to 6 months according to the website.
