Kenneth showed up, got right to work, he was very friendly we chatted a little while he got setup. I stopped by about a half hour later, asked him several questions, which he answered. I had to get back to work so I thanked him and I didn’t want to distract him further. I went back a little bit later to see him before he departed but he was already on his way to the next appointment.
Had them come to replace my windshield on my BMW, the windshield they brought was missing the cowl gasket to seal the bottom of the window (supposed to come with windshield) management tried to have the installer use my old damaged seal, but luckily the installer had pride in his work and refused, and rigged my windshield as best as he could without the gasket. I've been dealing with safelite for the past two weeks trying to get this sorted out. I took my car in for a simple chip repair. The technician did not complete the repair correctly. I called Safelite again to have them come look at the chip, and their mobile tech confirmed that the repair was not done correctly and the windshield needed replaced.
