Quick in and out.
Had my windshield replaced about 3 months ago. Replacement went well but a week or so ago I noticed a small bean sized chip. I thought it was just bad fortune and would just fill it until I realized that the chip was already filled and the filling was coming out. So they replaced my windshield with a windshield that was already chipped and just filled it. If I hadn’t caught it sooner and the windshield cracked I’d be on the hook for the replacement. I expect a new, non-damaged replacement. Poor quality goods.
Prices are pretty high
Dalton and the staff were very friendly. Had me in the next day and the repair was done in about 15-20 minutes. Would highly recommend Safelite Zanesville location.
