Our technician, Brad, showed up on time. Communication was great from beginning to end. He did a great job and was in and out in about 90 minutes.
I had warned the techs after entrusting them with my keys to contact me if there was any problems. When I returned to my vehicle 3 hours later my car would not start. I warned the technician I had an interlock device in my car which could cause a lock out. My light inside my car was left on and the bulb was burning hot. I could not start my car and had to get my car towed due to my interlock locking my car due to the killswitch being attached. Had a windshield replaced on 3/18/24, unfortunately I suffered another crack (from a rock) approx a year later. Had a different repair shop perform this repair. At this time was advised and shown that the (Safelite repair) was done incorrectly and that my car had been damaged. I attempted to call and discuss this issue with a Safelite manager but was only able to reach an automated service and was never able to speak to someone.
