Very easy to book online. Insurance delt with automatically also on line. Communication directly with the shop could be improved. I never delt with a person until pick up. I hadn't heard anything by 4:30, then 5 pm, so I tried contacting them as I had to coordinate with my ride and or make plans for the following day if they weren't going to be done. A heads up text or phone call would have made the experience otherwise perfect. I'd use them again or recommend them to others.
Guy we had out of Gaylord was fantastic. He was so good we had him come out the next week for our other vehicle. Great communication, good price. Hope we dont get any more cracks but if we do I'll call them back again.
