The glass seems fine, but the windshield wipers that were installed are horrendously dangerous! I have tried to contact Safelite multiple times, via phone, making an appointment online, and I have never been able to reach a human during normal business hours on the phone. Somehow the company has no record of the phone number from my original replacement order. I had the windshield replaced on my 2019 Pilot and after it was installed, Safelite regretfully informed me that I needed to come back at a later date to have a different windshield put on because a bracket was needed to calibrate the sensors on my vehicle and it wasn’t available. The part was back-ordered and estimated 6-8 weeks to arrive. They would not accept payment of my insurance deductible at the time. I called 8 weeks later to see if the part had come in. Extremely easy-to-use - schedule and payment w/insurance information. Very satisfied!
Horrible. They were supposed to come to my house, instead I was called and told that due to the weather, I would need to drive 45mins each way to their shop without a discount of any sort. Then the windshield (brand new) that they installed started cracking the following day and has gotten worse as each day passes. They're now coming to my house on Wednesday to inspect and hopefully replace.
