I had a crack across the windshield of my 2022 Lexus IS350 and I got scheduled a time that was quick and worked for me. The tech was very friendly and the repair took about as long as the recommended time. I was happy they could use OEM glass for my car to ensure the best quality. I had no issues with the recalibration. The tech was helpful in telling me what I can and can’t do while the adhesive fully cures and answered my questions.
Due to the extremely cold weather, my windshield experienced a large crack in it. Safelite to the rescue! Got scheduled quick and the appointment was a breeze. My windshield has been replaced and all is great! Thank you Safelite!
