A couple of months ago I had two of my cars broken into with 2 windows smashed in one car and 1 window in the other. I went with the onsite service call for replacement windows on both cars. In one of my cars the tech informed me he wouldn’t be able to get the glass shards out of the rear door that was still inside the panel. I wish I could give this company negative stars, but Google will not allow it. This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with. They were great to quickly install a new windshield, but our new windshield had a distortion in the driver’s view that is very distracting. We have been trying for 6 months to get this windshield, that’s under warranty, replaced. We have had multiple appointments.
