Worksmanship was excellent and good staff. only reason for 4 stars was took 3 windows before finally getting 4th without damage.
Quick and easy scheduling. Kept me up to date on arrival of technician along with a photo of what him. He was very professional and did an excellent job.
Great news is that the 3rd technician sent out to handle the job did an excellent job! Appointment was originally scheduled for Saturday, 6/14 and I had to reschedule to Monday, 6/16. Around 2:30 p.m., young lady called to ask if my windshield replacement had been completed. I stated it had not. It turns out the Manager called the 1st technician because he said the job had been completed. The 2nd technician showed up on Tuesday, 6/17, to only determine that the replacement windshield had a chip in the top. Job was reschedule... read more
