We’ve used Safelite for 3 vehicles in the past few months. They have been great! They were friendly and on time and helpful. I don’t think you can ask for better than that
My windshield on my Jeep broke in spectacular fashion. Go figure lol. My insurance contacted Safelite for the new install. William was my technician. He arrived early, was very kind and did a great job! Looking forward to the next windshield cause it’s gonna happen🤣. Thank you William and Safelite.
My first appointment that I booked I waited 5 hours and no one ever showed up. I called and the lady said that they didn’t have my glass and the technician that was assigned didn’t even know about the appointment. No one even called to tell me they didn’t have the glass! She went ahead and rescheduled my appointment but when I got my confirmation email it was going to cost me 49 more dollars. Not happy at all windshield leaking and glue from the installation in 3 spot on my the car. The molding is under the windshield not done properly.
