You can’t call any Safelite location directly and actually speak to a human being. The National/corporate automated system is all you get and when you want to speak to someone and keep asking for an agent, it’ll hang up on you. I had my rear window replaced yesterday after a massive windstorm shattered it. They were awesome PEOPLE, not automated. BUT, they took the Tonneau cover off of my truck to replace the window and then put it back on upside down so I can’t secure it. I paid a lot of money for my new window and you woul... read more
