Fast service and excellent quality of service!
Safelite installer broke my roof glass while installing the new windshield. They acknowledged the mistake and said they would order new glass and install when it arrives. Expected 5 days wait. It's been two weeks and I can't get ahold of anyone to help replace the window. I've been calling their 1800 number every day and they promise to have a GM call me back immediately but i've yet to receive a call. I got my insurance involved today, hopefully they can help get this straightened out, but the lack of response from the shop... read more
Thank you it seems to have been faster than what I thought
What was supposed to be a simple one-day windshield replacement turned into a four-day nightmare. My appointment was originally scheduled for Friday, but Safelite lost my car key and paperwork, then rescheduled me without ever notifying me. By the time I realized what was happening, my car was sitting there all weekend with minimal updates, and the job wasn’t completed until Monday morning leaving us without a car all weekend.
