I got a chip in my windshield from a rock on 495 and booked a repair through my insurance company. It was very easy to book and I was able to have it fixed the next day. The repair tech came to me and had it done in 20 minutes at most. He was kind, respectful, and professional. I would highly recommend using Safelite.
I took my car here in Rockville to get my windshield repaired. They glued it together and charged me for a completely new windshield. I noticed the glue smeared on the windshield and saw a hairline break in the window. I took my car back to get the new windshield that I had paid for. Now 2 months later my windshield seal is falling apart and the rubber if half way hanging down and the side of the windshield trim is missing. I’d never take my car there again. I complained to my insurance.
Great, easy, and convenient. Technician was done within an hour and I didnt need to be present. Would definitely use this service again
