The service was very professional
I booked an appointment at the Derwood shop for a windshield replacement. Safelite's automated phone system assured me it would take an hour, but when I arrived, the technician told me my specific car would take three hours. I had to reschedule for the following Saturday (9/5) because I couldn't wait that long. When I dropped it off the next week, the three-hour timeline turned into an all-day ordeal. Kingsley was a professional. He kept in contact, was knowledgeable in his craft, explained the process, arrived in the time frame he said he would, completed the replacement in the time frame he said he would, and answered all of my questions. I will use Safelite again in the future when needed.
