Unfortunately, the replacement and recalibration of my Honda Pilot has been a disaster. I have a large air leak that needs to be sealed and after driving in downpouring rain my one windshield wiper just stopped working making for a very dangerous situation. I should have been more suspicious when they apologetically told me they had trouble calibrating the systems and then the next day there was no problem. All this and they still sent me a certificate of recertification...
We had an appointment window for 8:00am - 1:00pm. We waited the whole Saturday. Nobody came or contacted us. At 3pm, I called their customer support and stayed on the line while they tried everything they could to contact the technician and the Rockville office. No one picked up. After exhausting all the options, customer support left them a message to get back in touch with me. I still haven't heard back.
They do an excellent job and are very friendly.
Great experience - their customer service was fantastic. The gentleman that helped check me in and out was very friendly and professional. I appreciated the text updates while they were working on my vehicle. I'd recommend this location and would go back again!
