The guy came out and replaced our windshield, he was on time. Our car front windshield came with window wipers it was because of the package I choose. Every thing looks great he gave my husband direction after the window was replaced of when to drive it etc. Thank you for your service

I would not recommend Safelite based on my experience. After waiting two weeks for my appointment, I was given a five-hour service window (Noon–5:00 PM) on July 30, 2026. No one showed up, and I never received a text, phone call, or any communication letting me know there was a delay or that the appointment would not be kept.
