Excellent service. Window looked great. Only negative about the entire experience was interior was left messy. The Service Rep at the front counter was efficient and courteous.
I scheduled my in-home appointment online with my car’s make, model, and year. When the technician arrived, he informed me that he was unable to recalibrate the cameras so I would have to take it to the service center after he was done. However, you can’t make that appointment online, nor can you call the local service center. He tried, I tried, and I called the national number and nobody was able to make an appointment for the recalibration. Lack of communication. Local shop doesn’t answer the phone. I was receiving texts that they arrived when my appointment wasn’t until the next day. Had to readd my promo code because of them changing my appointment
