This review is to reflect on Safelite corporate in particular, and not this location necessarily. Why can't I call the local shop to get an update on my car? Even though I am dialing a local exchange, I am getting a call center that is completely unhelpful. I dropped off my car the night before so that it could be done first thing hopefully. I understand that the recalibration takes additional time. But there should be a way for customer's to know the status of their repair beyond just whether it is completed or not and have... read more
Highly recommended! Requested an estimate to repair a scratch on my passenger window and chip on my windshield. After evaluating the scratch and chip, they recommended no repairs rather than trying to gouge me. Integrity is rare these days.
