The windshield replacement went smoothly. Only complaint was that the text notifying me the technician was on the way came 1-2 minutes before he arrived, which didn't help. Other than that, it went smoothly.
Poor quality workmanship didn’t install the window correctly the first time broke a piece and tried to glue it instead of replacing it. Had to have them out multiple times to get that corrected now I have excessive vibrations in my door anytime music is playing and the window when it rolls down squeaks bad. They also broke the clips that hold the door panel on and didn’t even care to replace those. Very disappointed I chose to work with them. Definitely will never use them again. It was a great experience. The technician was friendly and did a quality job.
