Very Satisfied with my experience. I was taken In 10 minutes early and out in an hr. It was a comfortable wait. Everyone was friendly. The ease of the website was perfect as I like to schedule things last minute and within 24hrs of me needing it the fact there are multiple locations within a distance I don’t mind traveling and how they offer at home. I have used Safelite twice now in my years of being a driver. The Columbia ave was my first experience years ago. I was please then and am please now. Service was excellent.
Dan arrived on time and was very efficient in replacing my driver's side window. Would highly recommend.
Shop cancelled appointment due to availability, and when rescheduled was told they could not find the glass and told us to buy some from ebay or a junkyard and they will install. Found the OEM source with the part in stock and they refused to order the parts when given the information.
