A company that has excellent communication! (Almost nonexistent) They did an excellent job replacing windshield. They came to my house. Cleaned up after his self. Highly recommend
I had a nasty crack that required my entire windshield to be replaced. Safelite’s price was very reasonable and the entire experience was extremely convenient. I was able to diagnose, schedule, and pay online very easily. Also, service was really quick. The job was done within half a day.
After a rock cracked my windshield, I was able to get a service appointment for a repair the same day at Safelite. The service I received was friendly and prompt. I would definitely recommend Safelite to anyone with the need for an auto glass repair or replacement.
It would have been greatly appreciated to let me know when I made the appointment that I had 5 days after the windshield was repaired to replace the inspection stickers to the new windshield by an official inspection station in Pennsylvania or pay for a full inspection rather than letting me know when the windshield was already finished and I was going out of town for a few days. I could have scheduled it differently. Otherwise the work was fine.
