SAFELITE made the process very easy for us. From the very responsive first call to scheduling was all handled very well. They were very flexible, we had it scheduled during first call. They kept me updated even though our install was only 2 days later. They showed up at my house to do the work during the window of time we set. They were very professional and helpful. It took less than 90 minutes and was a breeze!
Started the repair at the appointed time. Very clean facility. Finished when they said it would be done. Tech was informative about the work done and what to do after receiving the car.
Took a bit of time to get the glass in (no fault of Safelite) since it was an insurance job, but the installation was great. No issues that I am aware of!
