Everyone was very friendly and efficient. They did an excellent job on my suburban.
The instalar forgot to tighren down a but on the wiper. We were driving down the highway and the wiper got stick and wouldn't operate when needing to clean windshield.
These folks are a class act. Very attentive to my questions and very respectful. Nice waiting room and very easy to schedule an appointment
My service tech, Eden, came on time and made the process quick and painless. She called me way ahead of being here to let me know that she’d need my car in a garage and it only took her 20 minutes to patch up the crack in my windshield.!
The Safelite team were wonderful! They were so professional, courteous, and efficient. They made a not so great situation (having to change out the windshield) a much easier to deal with situation. I highly recommend them!
