I scheduled to have my windshield replaced in the spring. Took off work to be there when the tech came. They sent him with the wrong windshield. No problem, we rescheduled. Took off work again to be there for the appointment. They sent him with the wrong windshield again. He called his boss, who told him to tell me that he would call me to reschedule AGAIN, and would give me a discount for the trouble. Couldn't fix my windshield when I was there but came to my house and put resin on the chip so it wouldn't crack! Next am there was a 6 in. Crack. I called them about the Crack and they said oh so you need to schedule a replacement. I told them no as precision glass is going to do it with a factory windshield for hundreds less than there aftermarket one.
Using safelite carglass is the best thing to do, thankyou guys for everything
