I contacted safelite online booked the appointment and paid for the service in advance. Super easy to do. Then they didn't show for the appointment and never contacted me about not showing. Then I try to call someone to figure out if they're still coming and I get put in touch with an AI bot that gives a few options and says it will put me in touch with a human who then put me in touch with an answering machine that is again an AI. Quick, professional, on time. Good communication. Everything I expected.
Paid $395 for calibration on a w/s they installed. Every light still on the dash and safety features not working. Had it done by another glass company now it works great. I don’t care if insurance company says I have to use satellite it’s not happening again. Had to pay a additional $625 for calibration
