I have always choose safelite for all my auto glass care. This time I went to what used to be city auto glass and the service was not the same. I am really really disappointed in the installation of my windshield. The trims around my windshield was not put back properly, the door step protector on my passenger side was dented, the clean up afterward was not good, I had to spend at lease 1 hour to clean my car again. My Safelite tech was fantastic... he communicated updates on scheduling and arrival, arrived on time, replacement my windshield perfectly and even offered advice and recommendations on my other vehicle. Super service, AAA rating. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
I had Safelite come out knowing there was a decent chance they wouldn’t be able to fix the crack in my windshield. They weren’t able to fix it at my house, but the process to get it set up was simple and worked out perfectly. I’d definitely recommend.
