They made me come in and sit there for an hour and a half fully knowing that they needed to special order my windshield. Will most definitely not be going back there EVER again! They were behind on all appointments and mine was not the only negative experience I witnessed.
The Beaverton Safelite location was professional from top to bottom. Front desk reception was helpful and engaging, while glass tech Manuel did a superb job replacing the front window of my SUV. Highly recommend this location.
I put in the claim on a Friday. They were out the following Tuesday to my house to repair my broken windshield. I currently live in an apartment and we are in a construction zone. The technician had no problem with fixing my car. It was fast, it took less than an hour. The work is beautiful. The technician was very friendly and pool light. Overall, one of the best experiences I have ever had will currently always you safety light.Thank you so much.
