Summer and Johanna at the front desk are very knowlegeable and helped me through setting up a glass claim online with my insurer. Then the glass technician Michael came to my location at the appointment time & took care of the winshield very quickly. It was a very smooth process.
I needed to replace my car's windshield, so I called them to see if they had the right one for my vehicle, the price, and if they could replace it the same day. They asked for a lot of personal information without even asking me what I needed first. It was very annoying; that's just plain data collection. I called another company, they had good phone service, didn't pry into my information, and they ended up replacing my windshield perfectly before lunchtime.
The service here is good, nice people. I felt pretty bad though when I took a closer look online and learned I could have saved $200 by going to a local shop. Paid over $450 for a side window replacement on a pretty standard SUV model.
When Safelite showed up they were fast and very professional
Fixed a rock chip on my windshield . Great customer service and was back on the road before I knew it
