As always, Safelight was polite,professional, and quick. No complaints.
Receptionist was very friendly and explained everything quickly. Installation of my new windshield took a little over an hour, while I had lunch. The technician who did the installation explained what he had done and advised me about some technical details (no car washes for 48 hours, if it rains I shouldn’t have to worry, etc.). He was friendly and informative So far, so good. I had a very positive experience.
The whole process was so easy! They even worked with my insurance.
The woman at the desk, reminds me of my grandmother. She is intelligent, quickwitted, and ensures that you are getting the quality and the correct window of your choice. The lobby area is not super comfortable, but there are chairs and a TV you can watch with outlets for your electronics. The technicians were very professional and informative, I would have no problem going back here knowing that I would get quality workmanship and polite conversation. I definitely recommend this Safelite location.
