I had an appointment booked through my insurance and got a confirmation email from Safelite of the day and time to come get my window repaired. I show up, they tell me that they see the appointment but they don’t have the glass so I’ll have to go elsewhere or reschedule for next week. Very frustrating that this was not communicated earlier as I took time off for this appointment.
