These guys are awful. They replaced my windshield and “recalibrated”. I paid my $500 deductible and insurance paid an additional $700. Now none of my safety features work, pre collision and lane assist. I have tried to set up a warranty appointment online multiple times but get an “oops we’re having problems on our end message” despite trying several different days, with different devices. Safelite has made it impossible to actually call the actual location, and the automated phone tree is BEYOND useless. You have to yell at it repeatedly just for it to even understand, and zero options allow you to contact someone at the actual location. When it transfers you to the call center, it just go to silence and nobody is there. 1 time out of 10 I actually got a person at the call center, and they were unable to help and I had to start over.
