They tried to repair my windshield with a tiny pebble crack but broke my windshield even more. Now there’s a big crack the size of half my windshield now
I got my windshield a few months ago. It took longer than expected because they didn't have the correct parts and had to go get them. Then they didn't have the windshield wipers, so I had to replace them myself. It's been a couple of months and I can't get in contact with anyone for reimbursement. Now the piece behind the rear view mirror that covers the tech keeps falling off. It's beyond frustrating. Customer service here is not good.
Very disappointed in the whole experience. They cancelled/ changed my appointment with out notice then when they showed up they required me to go to the shop. Once it was finally installed the molding wasn’t replaced properly. Then when I was able to reschedule a “ warranty “ visit they canceled/ rescheduled that appointment too. So I finally cancelled them and had it fixed elsewhere. The commercial is very easy to remember so I went there, but now all I think of is how bad the service was.
