We had a great experience. Made an appointment for windshield replacement. All work satisfactorily completed in a timely professional manner. Great customer service.
First off I would like to apologize. I believe I may have gotten an email from GEICO my insurance company in regards to filling out a survey after Safelite came to repair my window. I can no longer find that email. I want to thank Andrew and his co worker for coming to my place on 3/26/2025, and for the fast work they did to put in a new window in my car after my car was broken into. Two rock chips replaced through insurance. They handled the claim for us, which was very nice. Technician came to me before work with questions AND explained why he needed the information. He did an awesome job and was great to interact with. Front desk employee was top-notch. Great with all my requests and multitasking like a pro. Waiting area is decently sized but not spacious.
