I have to give Mr. Dakota a grade A+. He went beyond what's expected. Awesome customer service.
I got my windshield replaced here. They took care of me very well. During the process, they damaged part of the car and had to have it fixed at a body shop, however, I was shown the damage and was given a rental car for as long as it needed. Tony handled the situation very well.
I would not recommend using Safelite! Their ordering system ordered the wrong windshield TWICE and the first time I waited 6 hours without a car before they even told me they didn’t have the right size option. Then they gave me my car back with glass shards all over the back seat of my car (didn’t even clean up glass after you had my car for 6+ hours) and after I switched to another auto glass company - they discovered that the technicians broke additional parts during the repair and we had more car parts to replace after us... read more
Dropped off work van at 7 am. Stopped in at 3 pm they still hadn't started the job. Was promised it would be done by 5. It's 530 and they are just putting in the new windshield. Unacceptable.
