The Safelight location in Eden Prairie was very organized and professional. Beginning with the greeting through the finished product the staff was very friendly and informative. I’d highly recommend this location!
1 star - nothing against the people working here. Safelite is just a racket... trying to call this place in Eden Prairie, MN and end up routed to a nationwide call center. Just a joke. I want to talk to the people in the shop. Very corporate. Gross.
Front desk guy was awesome and the service was super fast! Used to go to the Mankato location and they’re a bunch a b’s. Eden prairie Safelite fo’ life! Yo!
Easy to book online! Lots of available appointments. Friendly team. Quick turnaround (aka a Costco shopping trip and it was done!). Absolutely recommend.
I have nothing but good things to say about Safelite. I finally got my windshield replaced today after I had to reschedule multiple times on my end. My car is 25 years old and they had no problems with getting the windshield replaced! The customer service is topnotch and everyone was so helpful and friendly. I will highly recommend Safelite to anyone I know needing glass replacement!
