The Tech, Andrew, was very pleasant and did his job perfectly and without a break. Took him about an hour and forty minutes. He was professional and here right on time. The only problem I had with SAFELITE is they tried to charge me an additional $80 for new wipers and some kind of rain shield application without my knowledge or permission. I caught it in their emails and cancelled both. Only paid my deductible which was the original agreement. Other than that the tech did a great job. Thanks, Andrew.
