Excellent communication through the process. Was very conveniently done in the parking lot while I was at work.
Got me in quickly after a chip in my windshield! Only spent 15 minutes waiting for it to be repaired. All of the staff were personable and attentive! The technician that worked on my windshield was so kind and seemed like he loved his job!
Squeezed me in as walk in for chip back on the road wi in 1 hour.
The safelight service person came right to my house and installed our new windshield. What more could I ask for? He was professional, efficient and did a great job. We are satisfied.
8:40 am. Friday, 9-26-25 Driver. Male. Medium build, dark hair and glasses. Pulled out of hall onto 12th going southh. Cut off 2 people on 12th, pulled into the far lane, continued up to about 10 over the limit, cut someone else off with no signal. Cut me off with no signal so I honk at him then he flips me off!! In the company vehicle haha what a joke!! Safelite management, you all seriously need to question whether you want that type of person working for your brand. What a joke!
