Josh is a freaking superstar! He called me to say he'd be at my place 20 minutes early and he kept his word. I tried to stay away from him as he worked because he was displaying his expertise in removing the old windshield and placing the new one as evidenced by his economy of movement, brisk pace of somebody who knows what they are doing and no idle chitchat about non-essential things. They have Great customer service. when I first walked in the door I was greeted. The car windshield repair was estimated about 3hrs but they got it done in 2 1/2hrs even when told they were running behind due to other vehicle conditions. They called to explain the process before going to my appt.
