Placed order for a windshield in my 1995 Toyota Pickup told the sales representative my truck was a PICKUP not a T100 or Tacoma. Said he knew all about them and that I would be ok. Later I got e-mail saying my windshield for my T100 was ordered and will see me friday at my home. I called them and told another sales representative that my truck was NOT a T100 or Tacoma that is a PICKUP/HILUX. Great customer service. The manager Joe saved me money and time. My appointment was at 8am, and they started promptly. Technician Josh did an excellent job on the replacement windshield. I'd recommend them to anyone.
Thanks for nothing. Technician made the crack worse and management wouldn't even own up to it. I had a chip in my windshield (less than an inch) and the technician told me to defrost my windshield and it cracked across the entire windshield. The tech took fault and said he should have told me to turn my heater on not my defroster. After an hour of phone calls I spoke to management only to be told "there isn't a difference between heater and defroster, chips can expand at anytime". They are running a scam. Schedule an appointment and then they call day of and make you bring car in.
I am still waiting on my tech. Had a scheduled appointment for 8-12 this morning haha still waiting.
Do not go to Safelite AutoGlass . I do not recomend that place . On February 3 -2016 , a technician named Richard Sheridan came home and replaced the windshield but he broke the windshield wipers. I called Safelite and They did nothing. They say The are not responsable for that !!!!!!??????. I think They are not profeccional. DO NOT GO TO SAFELITE.
