I'm very angry. I have seem so many commercials about safelight and when I was in a serious bind I went with this company to help me with my cracked windshield tomorrow through my current insurance company. Trying to reach a human agent to converse and ask for quotes accurate quotes it’s impossible. Everything is done by this damn AIIE computer mess.
Terrible communication but nice customer service if this makes sense.
