What a smooth, seamless, professional and exceptional job. I had to cancel a previously scheduled appointment at the very last minute, late in the day due to a family emergency.......NO PROBLEM!!! Was sent an email of the name and photo ID of the repairman schedule to visit. He called me a half hour BEFORE he arrived at my home to tell me he was on his way and actually was at home 20 minutes before the scheduled appointment time!!
