Had a windshield mobile installed and molding was loose. Called the local Redlands CA Safelite shop. Spoke to a rude and dismissive rep Jackie. Stated they don’t have the parts or supplies to tighten up molding. Having the vehicle molding repaired elsewhere and will unfortunately anticipate litigation.
