RUN AWAY!!! The TWO employees that worked on my car were nice guys. The first appt had to be cancelled due to weather. We live in New England, I get that that happens. Not an issue there. But what follows is ludicrous! While calling that morning, I was put on hold for 10 minutes. In that time span, I heard 3 different electronic voices tell me how important I was to them. I will NEVER, EVER use safelite autoglass again!!! My windshield was in need of repair and I contacted these people to repair the damage. It took @two weeks for them to come and do the work. They shot some resin into the spider chip and called it a day. Long story short - I am not the least bit happy with the results. Then, when I tried to call the local office to have the windshield replaced I was on hold for thirty minutes until I brought up the website and found their hours were until 5pm (was on hold from 4:26 pm til 4:5... read more
I usually do not write a review, but in this case I thought I should. We have classic cars, and daily drivers, I don't need to tell you how particular we are about our classic babies. My husbands 1969 Chevelle , and my 1972 Nova. Safelite has installed both the rear and the front of my husbands Chevelle, Two of his daily drivers. The Tech or Manager works with out schedule. Absolute best customer service I have had in awhile. I cannot thank Safelite more for the way they treated me and my daughter, how fast the repair was finished, and for the wonderful conversation while my vehicle was repaired. Safelite replaced a windshield at my house last week and left their debris all over my lawn, including the plastic wrap that the windshield came in. I much prefer the local independent auto glass dealers: small businesses, family owned, over the national chain!
UNSATISFIED SAFELITE SOUTH HOLLAND CUSTOMER – I had the most disappointing experience with Safelite in SOUTH HOLLAND. They are the most dishonorable business people I have ever encountered. When you call their 800 number, they give you this script that they guarantee all of their work and before they even handle repairs, they make a determination if they can do it. Great Service – I was referred to them by a friend. She was 100% on track when she said they were great! They were quick, professional and fair priced. The lady in the office (Julie) was super helpful and very knowledgable. She gave me a quote less than 3 other shops in the area. The technician was professional and quick! They all turned a bad thing into a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
Creepy, lonely and unprofessional employees. – . June 2011 . Called for a simple price quote on a newer Camry windshield replacement , and when I would not give up personal information, the person at Safelite hung up on me. . I will be sure to tell all my friends at work, not to patronize Safelite Autoglass, 16311 E.Euclid in the Spokane Valley, who employ such creepy, rude and unprofessional male employees. . So not happy... – Unfortunately, I have to give them a star because no stars is not an option. Have been trying to get my windshield replaced since middle of May. First time they came out, there was a scratch on the new windshield so they couldn't replace. Then we went on vacation for a week returning on May 22nd.
