Excellent customer service. I had a crack in my windshield in January. The technician came to my house and repaired the crack and also fixed two other dings that I didn't know that I had. The crack is hardly visible anymore. The technician also vacuumed my car. The technician was professional and friendly.
I wanted to use these people to repalce my windsheild, but you can't reach them with questions except for through the national call center. So I went with another company. It worked out well using a company for which I was allowed to actually speak to a person locally. Maybe this is not important for other people.
