Called this morning to ask about a problem i had with my backdoor window..I was asked if i’ve ever used safelite before i told him no I hadn’t..then i was told since i’ve never had window work done by them they couldn’t fix it because if something went wrong they would be liable...WTF!? What kind of business practice is that? Aren’t you there to help people with window problems? What a joke of a business
The lady on the phone was nice up until I didn’t want to schedule a service with her because her price, was in fact, not the lowest price as she continued to state. I just wanted a quote. She then became short, irritated and hung up quickly. Good day to you, too, ma’am. Work on your customer service.
Recommendedarrived around 1pm and my car was finished just after 2pm...great service!
Sorry they not only never showed up but told us we had to wait for them as they were coming later in the day. Safelite was the joke of the campground all night as to their poor customer service. We lost one and one half days waiting on them to show as we were promised by their receptionist because they were coming back. Neither us or anyone with us will use Safelite again. Highly recommend this place. Very professional. Cheapest estimate I found in our area. Plus they are a big company that stands behind their work. I worked with Larry and he was courteous and helpful. Scheduling was easy and they even send our email reminders with estimated costs included. Will come back if I ever need another replacement.
Received a email that George would be coming out to replace my glass on Saturday morning. Waited all day from 8:00 until 2:00 at my house for the tech to come replace my windshield. And he was a no show, No call. He put in the computer that I wasn’t home �
I had several set backs including the wrong windshield being ordered, a damaged windshield, etc. Everyone I dealt with was professional and kind. They covered my deductible for the inconveniences caused and apologized several times. When William came to change my windshield today he went above and beyond. He vacuumed my carpets, cleaned my windows and ensure that everything was working properly before handing my car back over to me. I am beyond impressed with this company! They have gained a customer for life!
