So easy to make an appointment so easy to find the correct windshield for my car and the technician was fabulous
0 Stars... The molding is the worst quality and smaller than OEM. My car was previously repainted and it doesn't cover all of the original paint. Now there is an ugly red stripe on a blue car. The rearview mirror broke off and hit me while driving. Almost caused an accident and made me late for work. I had to pull over and actually secure it myself. They broke and lost a piece of plastic trim that goes around the mirror so now I see the metal of the mirror mount. The windshield rattles when driving... Hasn't rained yet, but ... read more
Had a chip in my windshield about the size of a quarter. Walked in on a Friday afternoon and asked if they did walk-ins (without an appointment). The gentleman at the window said they would if they had an opening but unfortunately, their "chip" technician, Michael was booked for the afternoon. My scheduled was jammed for the coming week so I started to search other options.
