Run the other way, DO NOT USE SAFELITE on Evans St. in SF! Our car was vandalized resulting in a broken window. SafeLite replaced the window but the technician badly damaged the car paint around the window! They scratched the paint down to metal as though they used a Brillo pad on it. I took the car back to SafeLite and Anthony, the manager, admitted the damage was caused by the technician. Anthony had a guy sand out the scratches but that made it worse. RecommendedHenry provided the best experience for me at SF Safelite. He provided fast (less than an hour), high quality work on my windshield replacement for my Mercedes...also, highly communicative. Even though AAA covered the cost, Safelite rates are reasonable. Highly recommend!

Amazingly fast and well done. They were ready for me on arrival and had me out again in an hour. Of course getting a cracked windshield sucks but glad I had such good service to repair quickly.
The absolute worst don't answer their phones the manager is always out of the office and obtaining an appointment in a reasonable amount of time is harder than pulling your own adult teeth out your mouth.
Very fast, friendly and professional service! I brought my BMW there to get the rear passenger side window fixed and it was done in 30 mins! Highly recommended!
