Professional and prompt customer service and excellent repair work! I scheduled an appointment with through my insurance company to get my front windshield replaced. The gentleman was prompt with my check-in as soon as I arrived and gave me a walkthrough of what would happen and how long it would take (newer vehicles with cameras require recalibration after a new windshield is installed). They came to me, went above and beyond to remove and preserve a very sentimental non replaceable item on my windshield. even though the office didn't have the window stuff to put on from my order, the technician was up front and quick to remove it from my invoice before i even knew or had to ask. excellent service and my new windshield looks amazing and was done before i even realized. it's like it just fixed itself on its own. thank you Safelight!

Terrible service and completely unprofessional staff. Not only did they damage my vehicle during a simple windshield replacement, but they also refused to take responsibility or fix it. A large chunk of paint was taken off, and when I went to pick up my car, the employees at the desk were on their phones and showed zero concern. No apology, no explanation, just handed me the keys and said there was nothing they could do.
