Unorganized mess. Left after waiting two hours for scheduled appointment and with no hope for anything to get better. Went home and called a mobile glass company at 11:30 and had a windshield installed in my driveway two hours later for almost $100 less.
Dropped off a 2 month old 2025 Toyota Grand Highlander for a windshield replacement. Scheduling was a breeze. Met with Danny at the front counter and specifically told him that this was a brand new car and wanted the job to be done at a professional level. The car is decked out with heads up display and all the sensors. Do NOT recommend! Store manager is very polite and professional. The rest of the staff 0 stars, rude, and give you the run around like you’re not paying hard earned money. They delated my car pick up multiple times and had me spend extra $ because they could not fix my window the first time around. Test your lucky if you want you.
