Great service, quick and efficient. Technician Stanley did an amazing job.
It was easy to make the appointment, the shop is reasonably accessible for disability, the employees were friendly, helpful and professional, the work was started and completed on time, and the new windshield looks great. I had a pleasant experience from start to finish.
Professional and on time
Safelite came to my house to replace the windshield on a 2005 Toyota 4Runner. Days leading up to my appointment, Safelite was sending reminders via email and text. This was most helpful. The tech showed up on time and contacted me prior to arrival to ensure I knew he was coming. Tech was very professional and explained everything he was going to do and how the process worked.
