The techican called before coming.and was on time. He was very professional and polite. Walked me through the entire process and answered all my questions.
I tried calling multiple times to discuss appointment details. Every time it was either an AI bot giving me options that I did not want, or the bot would tell me that the receiver's voicemail is not activated. Just let me talk to an actual person.
Mr Jesus, was very knowledgeable, very helpful and I wouldn’t have asked for a better technician. Hopefully nothing else will happen to my car far as needing another window replacement. I would definitely recommend Mr. Jesus
