I dropped my car off at 5:30 in the morning with my key in the drop box for my 8:00am appointment. I called Safelite around 9:30am to get a status update on my car just to be connected to a call center who then they tried calling the store and no one answered. My rep said she sent them several messages. My husband then called them at 1:15pm in which he was connected to a rep who also sent several messages. I got next day service and my windshield was replaced in about an hour. Very easy and convenient and helpful technician.
My technician did an awesome job and the windshield looks great. Will definitely use Safelite again.
The service at this location is abominable. They kept me all day, then didn't fix issues that their repair caused in my vehicle, saying I would have to take it to a dealership. Never again.
Fast service and very professional job.
