Damon did an awesome job replacing my windshield
Service was fine until my window went off the tracks 4 days after getting serviced. Conveniently on a Saturday when they’re closed and I have to go to work in downtown baltimore at night (yay paying Ubers when I paid a bunch for the convenience of having my window replaced to avoid that.) My technician didn’t clean the broken glass in my car like I thought and $218 for my 2007 Honda accord that could’ve cost me about $100 to replace myself or $160 to go through someplace local. First time user and definitely the last.
Had an appointment to replace the windshield. Took time off from work, drove there for 30 minutes only for them to tell me that the part is damaged and cannot be replaced. I think checking parts the day before appointment to make sure that they’re good to go is not too much to ask.
Great experience with Safelite Auto glass and professional staff.
