Online application, no need to use your insurance, rep will phone yo confirm appointment and may also ask for your VIN# to ensure bringing the right parts (i told mine to ensure it's not accessible to insurance/recorded).Done within an hour. I got the premium level service for my windsheild: home service for free, lifetime parts and labor for free including small repairs.
Service is exceptional, whether in-shop or onsite. Technicians are friendly and professional. Brandon made an heroic effort to retrieve our IPass and return it to us the same day!
