Recommendedbad happenstance broke my windshield. went in early just in case we could get in. they worked us in before their lunch. got it done under their time estimate. they were even patient while I resolved an issue with my debit card. phenomenal experience. top marks across the board. highly recommended

I’m sorry I forgot the manager’s name in Springfield but he was the BEST! Both men were totally professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I wish they did full auto work, I would take my car there! 💗❤️😻
I was a walk in & Paul told me they could do it right away. He called the ins. co. & got all the info he needed to do the job. He & the tech,(I don’t remember his name) were angels sent to my rescue. They blessed me with absolute professionalism. They truly went the extra mile for me. I am unable to use my hands very well & the patience & kindness shown to me was quite heartwarming. I will definitely recommend these fellas to anyone. They were recommended to me.

My experience with Springfield Safelite was less than expected. I scheduled Safelite to replace my rear windshield on my Honda Pilot. First, the tech scratched up my rear tailgate. It looked like tool marks that had been used to pull the glass out. Upon inspection of the work, I then noticed that the rubber windshield dam had been removed and not replaced.
