Excellent customer service- the technician was amazing as was the phone agent!
I used the SAFELITE AutoGlass on Washington Road. I was extremely happy. They called me two days in advance to remind me of my appointment. They analytically went through everything I needed to know and what to expect in order to be prepared and it was amazing and very comforting. Then when I visited them the day of my appointment there were no surprises.
