UPDATE 7/31/26 After a third and final appointment I went into the shop instead of them coming to me and everything turned out perfect. turns out the last technician installed the A-pillar wrong and they were able to snap it back in without having to replace it. I recommend going to the shop to have your windshield replaced. Use the mobile technician service at your own risk. Horrible service. Had an appointment for 8 to 1pm . No one ever showed. The the answering service first acted like they did have an appointment down for me. I have 2 different vehicles windshields that were to be repaired. Noone showed up or even called.

Took my car to have a chip in my windshield repair. The chip had started to Crack and spread. I was told the my windshield might have to be replaced if the chip could not be fixed. In less than an hour my car was ready. I couldn't see where the chip was. As always, Safelite did fantastic work. This is the second time I've used them. Great team working on my car.
