I had a technician came to my office to fix a rock chip repair on my windshield yesterday. It was over 90 degrees and my car was in direct sun light with all the windows rolled up, so I know the inside of my car was likely in the 140 degree area. I met the technician at my vehicle. This place is truly awful. I had my windshield replaced on May 1st, on May 8th a stress fracture appeared. It's obvious that this is a stress crack as it originates at the top where the window frame begins to curve. It's clear the technician installing the new windshield did something wrong -- but this shoddy people won't repair their error. First, you can't talk to these people on the phone -- all they have is a computer-driven Voice Response System (this crappy system disconnected my twice when trying to get 'warranty'... read more
