Horrible experience… Do not go here to have your window replaced. This was my second terrible experience there. I knew I should’ve trusted my gut and not gone with Safelite the second time. The estimate you get will not be the same when it’s time to pay. They charged me an additional yes additional $500 to replace my glass. When I called to complain and talk to customer service, I got nothing but the runaround. BEWARE!!!!
Excellent work done at home in my driveway. I was very pleased that the installer cleaned the dashboard while the glass was out. Highly recommended

Terrible. Had my windshield replaced, a few weeks later the A-frame came off and broke while I was driving. Went to make a claim and was told they’d call me on Monday, call never came. Went back to ask for an update and they had no clue, said they’d call me on Monday… no call. Just tried calling to ask for update and got some sort of call center, the lady tried calling them and said she got no answer. Service was 4 months ago btw. Somehow they’ve made driving around with a cracked windshield more appealing than having it fix... read more
These guys were easy to work with on time extremely professional got the job done quickly, but efficiently would definitely use a gun and recommend.
