I have yet to have my glass repaired and already encountered difficulties with Annette at the Ogden location. My simple request to inform the technician of my dental appointment and to provide updates via text was met with resistance. I merely wanted the technician to provide an estimated time of arrival or notify me when they were on their way. This is the 2nd windshield I’ve had Safelite replace ( 2 different locations) and each time was perfection. Izzy was very friendly and there was plenty of communication keeping me updated. I asked for OEM parts and it wasn’t an issue. There was like a $20 difference between what my insurance would pay and how much was my responsibility. Thank you
Overall, very positive experience at Naperville location. Prompt and friendly staff. Work done on time. I was a little bit hesitant about the fact, but it’s not an OEM windshield from manufacturing, however, have no complaints whatsoever.
