I’ve used Safelite twice with my current vehicle and insurance. They’re so easy to schedule with. They get the repair done quickly and efficiently. Offering options like coming to you or you bringing it in. My technician was great. Called ahead, was super nice and respectful. Worked quickly and was informative. Did a great job all around and made me feel a lot better about the whole situation.
Damaged my headliner at a home installation. Then 40 minutes after being at my home claimed they couldn’t do the install that I had to bring it in. Contacted the business next business day after seeing damage to the headliner. After texting the manager and he admitting was due to the tech pulling the headliner back to check the camera. My next appointment he refused to repair headliner and said it was not the techs fault.
I was out and about and figured I would just stop in well ahead of my reserved time (by almost an hour) simply because it was convenient for me. I was fully expecting to be watching some TV on my phone for a couple of hours as I knew I was early. So I checked in, gave them my keys, and sat down to my phone with headphones in. They'd get to it eventually and life would go on.
