If you live in the PNW, you will be hit by rocks on the freeway. If you are lucky, a ding can be repaired. If you are unlucky, the ding will turn into a crack, necessitating windshield replacement. Unfortunately, I've been through this several times. The Safelite location in Fife is the best shop I've used so far. It's very clean and efficient. The folks are very polite and friendly.
