What is up with this company? I started to claim online with my insurance company and I had to contact the Safelite call center for further assistance and they set up my appointment... a few days later I take my car in, drop it off and an hour later they call and say they have the wrong glass so I go in there to find out what happened they're laying blame on my insurance company, on the call center anything but themselves for not double checking on the glass before the appointment. My wife had a appointment for a mobile crack repair to come out to our home to have repaired. The next morning not even 1 hour away from her appointment window received a call stating the technician called out sick. My wife had taken off the day from work for this appointment. Its very frustrating that they couldn't bring in another tech to take care of her crack that is now a safety issue. Maybe safelite needs to be better prepared to handle last minute issues with staff.
