Was overcharged but the front desk agent ignored to fix the issue. I even had my insurance agent call him (Ben) but the issue is still open.
I came in right when they opened on a Saturday morning needing a windshield repair. The repair was completed in less than 35 minutes. Staff was polite and professional.
