Edit: Shop is open for business and they REFUSE to give back the money they STOLE from me!!! This behavior is unforgivable!!! DO NOT ever use this business!!! I will be filing charges on the tech that handled my card information. Now I must hire attorney and I will be seeking much more due to the stress they have put me in!!! Ok work. Do not pay with a card they will in fact steal from you. The Safelite folks on Creighton Road in Pensacola are awesome to work with. From scheduling appointment to dropping off my car to professional and personable staff, to receiving text updates on the progress to picking up my car within the timeframe promised the service was exceptional!
