Issue fixed quickly and at a great price.
Drove to Florida from New York to bury my brother. Had my windshield break while down here and my first thought was Safelite. I reached out and scheduled an installation for the next afternoon between 12 and 5. Never heard from anyone all day. Called the office multiple times to get answers. Finally at 4:45 pm i finally get to speak to a live person, only to be told they will not be coming because they don't have the glass. The technician asked his manager to call me and they never did.
