Avoid this place at all costs. The manager is extremely rude and unprofessional.. if I owned this shop, he’d be fired on the spot for the way he talks to customers. Here’s what happened: On 8/20, my wife took our car in for a windshield replacement (through insurance). She drove it home, and we let it sit. By 8/23, I noticed a crack starting from the bottom edge of the windshield (a classic sign of an installation issue). Excellent customer service and quality work - we are so happy with our windshield replacement! It was a quick, easy, and pleasant experience - definitely recommend.
Great experience, great tech. Easy scheduling an appointment. Cheap enough even though my insurance wouldn't pay. Safelite made up for it. I recommend them.
Easy and professional
My second time here on almost two months. Same vehicle, different rock. They did a good job the first time ( under the circumstances) as the rubber molding around the windshield was old and sun beaten. I actually found out that although is part of the windshield system, insurance companies won't pay for new molding if needed . Weird, but that's how it is. Today I had a chip repair and no new windshield needed. Can barely tell the chip is there. No complaints. This is my second car ( two replacements) one repair done by this ... read more
