I booked my original appointment with safelite for a chip in the windshield which occurred on a Saturday. I selected the first available appointment which was the following Tuesday. By Tuesday for my appointment the chip became a crack because of the heat being in the middle of summer in FL. The tech told me they will have to reschedule my appointment due to needing to order the replacement windshield. I was NEVER contacted for my rescheduled date and time.
