Safelite tech Andrew was out on Christmas Eve morning to replace my cracked windshield. He did a fast and efficient job. Merry Christmas to you, Andrew, and a very happy New Year, too!!!
So disappointed! On Tuesday, I scheduled the soonest available appointment for Friday (my window is shattered and needs replacement, so not drivable). I was given a 12:00 PM-5:00 PM window. The technician arrived around 5:20 PM and told us that it is too dark and he couldn’t do it. The NEXT soonest available appointment was the following Wednesday. This hinders a lot of the plans we had made expecting the window to be done today. I will definitely be exploring other options in the future.
