Best place to go if your windshield is damaged. 10/10 service every time.
I already knew Safelite no longer replaces RV windshields, but mine is not broken - the top corner has popped out about an inch or so - I wanted to ask a technician if they would consider Putting this back into place and could NOT reach a person. Their system is all "AI" although intelligence is a stretch. Couldn't reach an agent, so gave up. Nice way to do business - assume every job can be arranged on line. They can't.
The team at Autoglass in Waterbury was extremely friendly, professional, and efficient. They exceeded all expectations and made the entire experience quick and hassle-free. Give the techs a raise!
