I had a windshield claim, I decided to use this company, after my experience with this company i have mixed feelings. First the communication is good to overwhelming as I got phone calls and texts and emails daily if not two or three times a day, ( not a fan of all that ) . Second the office guy wasn't the most pleasant person to deal with when i got there, ( not rude ) just quiet and a cold impression i got from him. The Battle Creek location has some amazing workers that go above and beyond. They were kind to me after I came back thinking they kinked off my auto start cord even checked my alternator for me never once did they make me feel bad for coming back in I would highly recommend them
