We discovered my mom’s windshield had a 4 foot crack along the bottom. We were new to the area but she had used Safelite before so Zi called to get sn appointment. I appreciate that I was given a choice of at the business or at our home. The communication was excellent prior to the service and Corey was prompt, couteous and professional.
On-line scheduling was good, and the technician was excellent. The website pricing was different that the final. The offer to make four interest free payments was unavailable for an unknown reason.
We needed a front windshield replacement for our 2025 Mazda CX-90 and booked a convenient appointment online. When the day came, our technician, Corey, made all the difference. He was incredibly professional, respectful of our home and vehicle, and handled everything with ease. His speed, attention to detail, and overall care turned the whole experience into a smooth, stress-free process. Highly impressed with his service!
George came out and he was absolutely phenomenal! He was so professional and personable I will definitely use safelite in the future and request George if possible.
