Frank and Ed our technicians were extremely professional, prompt, and courteous. They did an excellent job replacing our window. Safelite should be proud, that they have two genuine employees who represent the face of their company.

I originally scheduled the appointment at one location, but it was later updated and confirmed for a specific time at my home. The technician showed up unannounced at the original location earlier than agreed, with zero communication or apology. When I asked to stick to the updated plan, I was simply told they “can’t wait all day.” Extremely unprofessional and poorly handled. Basic respect for a customer’s confirmed appointment should not be optional. Very disappointed.
