Honestly.. I’ve never even been to this location but based off the multiple poor reviews I’ve read I decided to call and see for myself because you never know both sides of the story, people have bad days. But I can’t even talk to a human being when calling the location itself.. basically get forced to get a quote or make an appointment online because it knows I’m on a smartphone? Other than seriously underestimated waiting times, my experience wasn't too bad. Had an 8 am appointment time and it was a little before noon when they finished everything. They'll estimate 2 hours on the phone and on their online appointments, but I would plan for longer.
