HORRIBLE !!!. Made an appointment last week, confirmed for today between 12-5pm. Signed up for text updates. Gave us the name of the repair person who would be "arriving". It is now 5:45pm. They never showed up, no text, no call. And can't contact anyone for status update as they close at 5pm. If I could leave zero stars I would.
Trim the trees over your parking area and you probably wouldn't have customers complaining about roof scratches. I was not happy having branches scrape down the top of my truck pulling away from where it got parked.
Had a great experience with Safelite after my car window was unfortunately smashed in. Amber came out to me and did an excellent job replacing the window and cleaning up most of the broken glass from inside the door. She was professional, friendly, and made an unfortunate situation a lot easier to deal with. The whole process was quick and hassle-free. I really appreciate the great service and would definitely recommend Safelite, especially Amber, to anyone needing glass repair or replacement!
If I could, I would give zero stars. I go in there for a little pebble chip in my windshield, they break it and want me to pay for it. They say it is around $1100 for new windshield. I call Integrity auto glass in new Berlin and they replaced my windshield the next day or $425 plus tax. Safelite scheduled me an appointment over a week later. When my car was finally done no one even told me about it. I had to go to the front lady to ask for an update on my car and she says, “it’s done but no one told me”. So I was just sittin... read more
