Had a very bad experience with Safelite. Passenger side window got smashed and I needed it replaced. Made an appointment for Safelite to come out two days after the incident. The technician, Adam, was very good and courteous. I had no issues with him. However, the company gave him the wrong window so it didn't fit the car. Adam got everything cleaned up but couldn't finish the repair. He told me they would order the correct window and then get back to me. This is where everything went south.
