Safelite did not repair, Safelite did not replace. Terrible Experience. Received a quote online, called to speak to a rep to specifically ask details about my car to make sure everything was correct. Was reassured everything would be good. Tech did not arrive within the appointment window, no call or message to let me know. When tech finally arrived (2.5 hours after appt window), he got out of his truck, took one look at the car and said 'oh we can't do that' and just left. Very pleased. The staff was professional, courteous, and efficient. They did a wonderful job replacing my door windows which had a stone chip. Thank you to everyone!
