Made an appointment+ prepaid in full to replace our lifted truck windshield, put a note on the order that the truck is lifted, day comes tech comes out didn't bother to read the note, is "surprised" the truck was lifted says he would return end of day, or next day with an additional tech to finish the job. 2 days later go and check on the vehicle, windshield is not replaced, called to find out whats going on, the company refused service and didn't bother to call to let us know that's what was happening. Got my windshield replaced and drove the next day on the highway only to have the cosmetic frame on both sides around the windshield come loose and start flapping around only being held on by one screw. Unfortunately, I was no longer in the area to take it back but I went to a safelite in Middletown and they ordered me a new frame. Turns out the store I originally went to broke all the clips and glued it back on without even telling me. Unacceptable and would not recommend with this dishonest practice.
